Deep-fried, since the food truck

An oversized scoop, rolled in panko and cookie crumbs, crumbed again, then fried. It's how Duo Duo started, out of a food truck by a Dulwich Hill car wash.

The pozzetti

Fourteen gelato, each in its own lidded steel well. Flavours rotate, so the counter has the final word.
